I like girls
And they like me
Why don’t you quit your bitching

We live in the 21st century
We live in a world
Where we’re supposed to be free

Free in what to think
Free in what to wear
Free in what we want to believe in
And I believe in me
So don’t you even dare
To put a stamp on me
Cause the ink will disappear eventually

I don’t owe you anything
And you don’t owe me anything
All we need is everyone to get along
If I could have anything
And by that I mean anything
Then everyone would sing along

If I could have anything
And by that I mean anything
Then everyone would sing along
To the same song

See you are black
And I am white
But that ain’t no legal reason for a fight
our inside is colourblind
don’t longer pretend like you don’t mind

We need to
Stand up for ourselves
And for the safety of our smile
Cause we don’t want to waste our time crying
So let us laugh out loud
Even if it makes an ugly sound
There’s nothing wrong with being ugly

I don’t owe you anything
And you don’t owe me anything
All we need is everyone to get along
If I could have anything
And by that I mean anything
Then everyone would sing along
To the same song (3x)

I don’t owe you anything
And you don’t owe me anything
All we need is everyone to get along
